At Melacow Meat, we take pride in delivering premium quality, vacuum-sealed meat that meets your expectations. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the item has been shipped.
However, we will provide a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, spoiled, or not as ordered.
You report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the item.
You provide photo or video proof of the product’s condition.
