At Melacow Meat, we take pride in delivering premium quality, vacuum-sealed meat that meets your expectations. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the item has been shipped.

However, we will provide a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, spoiled, or not as ordered.

  • You report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  • You provide photo or video proof of the product’s condition.
